First you need to downgrade back to 3.55 ROGERO v3.7, get your two dumps of flash of CEX/DEX including Eid root Key from 3.55
Once you have the following upgrade to REBUG 4.31.2 and flash to DEX if you want to RTE

no...rogero's firmwares are CEX... if u want dex install rebug 4.21/4.30

No he is saying u need the eid root key so u must go 2 3.55
