Download a FTP client on your PC/Mac either FileZilla or FlashFXP or whatever to your liking, Open Multiman on your ps3 ,Run dev flash mount to allow writing/transferring to ps3, and find your PS3 IP address by pressing start n select in Multiman. Put it in your FTP client and your done simple. no password, no username.

If you're on rogero 4.40 there is no need for spoofers as it's already the latest Firmware.

Put it in the root (in no folder what so ever) of your usb, and go to the install packge folder on your xmb and it should show up, then just click X.

yah but pkg need to be signed with 4.40 keys? dont they?

Just make sure it's compatible with your CFW version.
