first of all , I'm a total noob about this stuffs so please help me .

as far as the title goes , my PS3 is currently in Rogero 4.40 v1.03 ( is that right ? ) and I'm using multiMAN 4.30 .
and what I really wanted from Rebug 4.30.2 is that it can use the " Fake Save User Option " , which my current CFW doesn't have ( is that right , again ? ) so that's why I'll be changing my CFW . so , would you guys help on how to install in detail this kind of stuffs ? I'm totally new to this things . any help is mostly appreciated . please help , please ?

I agree JNI. and also when i did this i had to install threw recovery for some reason. And YES MUGI. that is how it goes on your usb. Did you get the .PUP from Rebug.me website? I ONLY trust CFW's from original makers.

Yea, they're the safest, however if you were to get it from somewhere else, check the md5 to verify the pup file.

is it really okay if I don't downgrade my PS3 ? because someone told me that it should be downgraded first to 3.55 . not sure .

If you go to rebug.me site find the download. click on it and choose RUN. the file will open with a link for THERE download. copy and paste the link in your browser and the download should start automatically that way you have the TRUE cfw you need.

I didn't do the 999 downgrade and mine went fine. My friend did the 999 downgrade to his and he was fine to. IF you want to do 999 first you need to install rebug tool box. open tool box and ENABLE Flag QA before you run 999. Useing 999 may be a little safer being its your first time. After 999 downgrade go in the toolbox and enable flag QA again if it alredy isnt befor you upgrade to Rebug.

I did not do it and mine was fine. The choice is entirely up to you how you want to do it. Being your first time 999 may be safer. I cant tell you yes or no and i have to say anything happens its not my fault. Only because Im not there doing it myself.. >>> But this IS how i did MINE<<<

let's say that I'll downgrade my PS3 first . so , may I use the Rogero Downgrader too ?
