We need more detail's about your PS3, also what exactly are you trying to figure out?

Have you try signing in with a different account? If the account you were on can not access PSN the account was either ban or suspended and eventual becomes a console ban. If you can still sign in other accounts then it's just a suspension for now.

ok im on rebug 4.30.2 spoofed to work on 4.40. and i would like to know why it lets me sign in some times it let me sign in my main account once and my second once but if i try to make a new account it says that the system is banned or temporarily suspended. and as soon as i sign out it wont let me sign back in same message pops up thanks for all the help by the way

From what it seems you might have been flagged; Give it 2-3 days and see if the message pops up again when trying to sign in your main and new account. If it does sorry man but you got caught and banned.

kinda figured for like two weeks its said ive been banned but it randomly let me sign in its wierd

either way you look at it, if it says banned most of the time you are on sonys radar enjoy the little bit of psn you have left, they will catch up with you eventually
