No, there is no other way. If you don't have a CFW ps3 then you are out of luck, unless you have someone make a backup for you (this isn't aloud here due to people stealing console ids).

I already had a backup made before it got banned on here im looking for a tool to basically decrypt it and exchange a pkg menu so i can host diffrent stuff in the backup
