No, you will have to jailbreak the OFW, to get the console ID.

i have a 4.21.2 dex rebug (Banned) and a 4.31 ofw ps3 (not banned)

Need another cfw ps3 that is not banned to get ID as getting console ids from ofw is patched , or a person who sells console ids which is not allowed on ngu

you can fix your ofw's blu ray easily for around 30
