(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Everytime ive tried to install a CFW of nextgen or any website, i always get to about 72% installed and then it says the data's corrupted, people keep saying that it will work with Rogeros CFW but i doesnt, none of them.
Can anyone give me some help with this - 4.40, CECH-2002A

You need to downgrade your console to 3.55 using a hardware flasher. This requires you to open your PS3 up and connecting it to your PS3 which sorry to say, doesn't sound like something easy for you. Read the downgrading section in my thread.

Downgraders force 4.XX CFW back to 3.55. ANY modified firmware above 3.56 is for consoles ALREADY on CFW which includes the downgrader firmwares. The downgrader firmwares are there for people that want something out of 3.55 they might have missed or they can't do on 4.XX

There is no way to jailbreak any OFW higher than 3.55 without downgrading with a hardware flasher.

If you didn't know that you couldn't install 4.XX on OFW I really wouldn't try to install any hardware. It is extremely easy to brick your system and make it utterly useless.

for now No

FUTure maybe

4.XX CFWS Can only be install though 3.41 OR 3.55
E3 Flasher is the way to go.. Proskeet is Soldering and its not worth it

After the PS4 comes out, I imagine some things might happen, but until then no way.
