• Can I just update from 4.30 to 4.40 normally? I've read to install any CFW, you have to be ON 3.55.
  
• How do I downgrade on 4.30 rogero? SAFELY as possible. Please provide a tutorial as noobly as possible.

You can perfectly update to Rogero 4.40 From Rogero 4.30 from the XMB Update You must login or register to view this content. download, change the name to PS3UPDAT.PUP, put on root of USB and install directly from XMb using USB update

i would think twice before updating i just updated to rebug 4.30.2 then spoofed to 4.40 and after doing so i cant transfer my accounts off my ofw to my cfw so i thought i'd downgrade transfer then upgrade again but all downgrade pups are not recognized or corrupt
now i have a CEX/DEX (REX) ps3 with no accounts on it lol HEEEEELP!

oh yeah ive tried rebug '999' downgrader 3.55.3 also 3.55.4 and even rogero downgrader nothings working.
