So I lost all of my saved data, which really sucks, including several Borderlands 2 playthroughs I was working on and had put a lot of time into farming rare items.
In theory I thought that if I were to copy my friends Siren character save, I could continue from there (b/c we were pretty much in the same spot). After managing to get the file onto my PS3 HOWEVER, I received the following error message "Unable to load save data from a different user. Please select another save or begin a new game.

So my question is... Is there a way I could edit the save file so that I could use it?
