Playing mw3 on back up please help

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay i posted on mw3 about 5days ago not no reply so though al check here so i was asking if anyone know if it a really stupid to play mw3 as a back up on cfw while connected to psn i know there always a risk of ban but am on about like if i get flagged up straight away or like its a stupid idea because my disk drive gone so i though me ask thank you
