Only possible way to unban a OFW is if you downgrade it using E3 flasher/Downgrade service from Ebay for 30-60$, go on cfw and use psid patch which is a homebrew that let's you spoof to another valid console ID if you get one which is not allowed on NGU, also you can flash the ID if it is private(not being used by anyone) using Ps ITA Loader 0.2 which can permanently change it for cex and you can sign in to ofw unbanned again if you use this method
