(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey NGU, JHD here.
My friend has phat Ps3 that apparently RSOD'd on him, just randomly. He says after a few times of trying to restart, yada yada, it boots straight into recovery mode. He also said that when he tries to update via recovery, it gets stuck around 50-60 % and restarts. is this just a form of bootloop? If so, does anyone know any way to get this thing up and running? I can have it if I can fix it, and I only really want it for the ID. So please, any helpful input is appreciated Smile
EDIT: Its an OFW 4.31

Not really, your reading it all wrong. I asked him if he needed it for anything and he said no. Then he said why, do you want it? I said yeah, if you dont need it for anything. He said alright, if you want it you can have it, but I might want 15-20 dollars, and I said ok. No need to make a big deal out of this sir, just asking for help, and im getting you questioning my greediness.

I wouldn't of have had to put them on in the first place, had you not made remarks that weren't needed. Just saying.

If your mate is going to allow you to share his PSN I.D. on a PS3 you already have, but need to remove the I.D. from the Broken Phat one, you can deactivate the I.D. from all consoles at once.

You must login or register to view this content.

Assuming you already have the account details as he is going to share, just sign in with that account and follow instructions.
this can only be done once every 6months.

I doubt you will get the Phat PS3 back in any sort of working order - it really does sound f*kd

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but I meant the Console ID, which I can only retrieve via wireshark, and a connection to PSN, which i cannot get at this time, because it will not boot into anything except for safe/recovery mode.
