But now I'm trying to sign in and I am getting this error msg "An error has occured. You have been signed out of PlayStationNetwork." (8002A224). I believe that is an error code for a ban account or a ban console. Try to get a new console Id and see if that works. If that doesn't work, try to do a quick restoration and see if that fixes it. Because sometimes there is a corrupt file that causes that, it happened to me before, but first try the first thing, do this one as a last resort. Just search up the code on google also.
