No you won't brick, worst case scenario is you will get an RSOD which can be resolved by re-installing your CFW from Recovery Menu.

Dude, if you're on Rogero CFW, this means you're on a non-Rebug CFW. Rebug is a team that builds CFWs and tools, like you have Rogero CFW, you also have Rebug CFW.

But last question do i need to uninstall the old spoofer? If yes how? Only delete or uninstall ?

It would be best if you uninstall the previous spoofer to prevent an RSOD.
Uninstalling depends on the spoofer that you're using but deleting the spoofer pkg is not enough, you have to start it and there should be instructions in the app on which buttons to press to uninstall the spoofer.
