Are you on DEX? If so, that's the problem. Also if your OFW is on 4.41 you'll need to wait for a 4.41 spoofer.

Y do ppl keep sayin they need to be on the same fw that doesn't mak sense wat if u don't have Internet and u have to ps3s and u data transfer no Internet needed there's ya solution.You have to turn of Internet connection on both ps3s then data transfer I had the same problem

Did u get any Error codes?

Any Error Message? Explain a lil better if you can.

Also is does not matter what FW u are on aslong as the OFW isnt lower than the CFW it will work.

Use EID5:84(CEX)

What sony did on the 4.40 update, is if the PS3 receiving the data transfer is on 4.40, then PS3 sending must me atleast 4.40.
