I'm finally abled to go to my XMB thanks to help on site from a few members. The problem I'm having now is that I can't upgrade to any cfw no matter what I do. Tried to update in recovery mode and nothing I will post pics of all the problems see if one of you members can please help me out.

Pics from messages I'm getting over recovery and over XMB. I downloaded rebug toolbox but due to the version I'm on I can only do so much using the toolbox which eliminates a lot of stuff. I could however see this information

I followed CHOCO's steps on how to cex2dex. In the description I was never told to save a backup of the flash so I never did. I do have that .bin file that saved on my usb. If anyone could please help me. I would at least want to go back to CEX or at least update my current CFW. Thanks A lot everyone. and sorry for any bother

I guess its just 3.55 rebug. What I don't get is that I can't do anything at all on my ps3 now. I can't update to another CFW gives me all the error's I posted. I can't open half the pkg's I install. I just get data corrupted when trying to update. Yea I seen that. LV2 Kernel: CEX instead of DEX. IDK what to do. Honestly I wish I could just go back to plain CEX instead Of dealing with all this trouble I'm going through right now. If anyone could really please help me out =/ Thanks

I am not sure about chocos method as I used DT's but if you still have the CEX flash file then you can go on rebug toolbox and change from dex to cex but make sure it's the correct file. Try messaging choco and asking him he might know what to do next.

The thing is that choco never mentioned anything about saving a backup. I seen a video about it but it was too late. When I did the dumb of the flash its only dumping the DEX. I've been looking everywhere. Honestly I just want it fixed =/. Should have never messed with it in the first place.
