I have a model of CECHG01. I know that i will need a
1. Progskeet. v1.2.1
2. That data transfer clip 360 thingy

Is that all the stuff and is there anyway of solderless? I don't have a solder lol.

Nope, the ProgSkeet has to be soldered and the CECHG01 model isn't compatible with the E3 unless you solder it as well.
