Did you qa before you went on 4.21.2?

What error did you get? Did you try downgrade from the recovery menu?

IF QA was enabled before upgrade to 4.21, just downgrade with REBUG 3.55 CFW, IF QA was not enabled before you go to 4.21 then use 999 downgrader, and here is some resources you can learn from [You must login or register to view this content. ].
