I was wondering if I could some how transfer the 3.55 firmware to the 4.41 firmware so at the end there will be two 3.55 ps3's. I don't want to use an E3 flasher or anything like that. If someone could please leave a VERY detailed noob friendly post on how to do this I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I just want to install PKG files and stuff.

Yes you can, it's very easy, I wonder why no one has done it before!

Here's a very detailed noob friendly guide on how to do it:

1. OFWs HIGHER THAN 3.55 CANNOT BE DOWNGRADED EXCEPT WITH A HARDWARE FLASHER
2. THIS IS ONLY IF YOU HAVE A DOWNGRADABLE MODEL, NEWER MODELS CANNOT BE DOWNGRADED

he doesn't mean that he thinks if you data transfer the 3.55 fw it will turn he's 4.41 into a 3.55

Data transferring from 3.55 CFW or OFW to 4.41 or any other OFW WILL NOT make your 4.41 to 3.55
The only way you can jailbreak your Ps3 is if your on 3.55 OFW or lower if your above 3.55 OFW you cannot jailbreak unless you use a e3 flasher
