(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have the console past the step of installing the official 3.55. Would it be safe to install Rebug 4.30 Rex? It is a downgraded console with the e3 flasher. Just would rather ask than have it brick it and have to do everything over again.

Rebug is a very stable CFW. It's safe to install.

If you're finished downgrading and you're on OFW 3.55, just install Rebug 4.30.2 from XMB.
