(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); OK, so basically I try to connect my ps3 to my PC. It worked all fine and dandy until my ps3 froze on loading Mw3 game. When I went to reconnect after freeze, it says Error: Command Failed in Target Manager. It says it lost connection. I triple checked the IP, re set up my wifi on my ps3, and restarted both PC and Ps3. What's going on, and how can I fix it? Also, I'm using the RTE over WiFi method.

I just put in recovery menu, and rebuilt the database. Connected on 1st try.

Had The Same Problem , Make Sure You Swithed Your LV2 Kernal to DEX , i think thats what it called , its above the one you used to switch to DEX
