:dumb: There are no spoofers anymore for 3.55 CFW so you gotta change to a different CFW and spoof it or a 4.xx CFW

No, just install Rebug 4.41.2 from XMB on top of your 3.55 CFW by following the guide below:
1- Make NOR/NAND dump (optional):
Install latest version of multiMAN (4.40.00), plug in a FAT32 formatted USB flash drive into the right USB port, launch multiMAN under Games and go to mmOS > Press [O] on any file > Open in HEX viewer > Press [SELECT] > Press [START] > Export GameOS LV2: Select No > Export HV LV1: Select No > Export FLASH: Select Yes
2- Install Rebug 4.41.2 from XMB:
Download Rebug 4.41.2 from Rebug's website, verify the md5 hash, rename the PUP to PS3UPDAT.PUP, put it on your FAT32 formatted flash drive in PS3\UPDATE, go to System Update and Update via Storage Media. Make sure there's NO original game disk in the drive and that you DON'T Update via Internet or else you would risk installing OFW higher than 3.55!
3- Enable QA:
Install Rebug Toolbox from Package Manager, launch it under Games, go to Utilities and enable QA. This is to ensure easier and safer downgrading.

The directory is PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP not UPDAT.PUP

hahaha yh very funny, like ia said " im new to all this and i really dont know what im doing , i did the PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP on a usb and still it says no update found, so FYI ur info is wrong because i did all of step 2-3 correctly, and as 4 numbr 1 well u said it was optonal and it didnt have any download links so how the fuk im i supposed to know what rebug is wen iv nevr heard of it b4. and no i didnt i try downloading ur CFW thing but it didnt work , so dont try fucking mocking me because im asking for a bit of help. thx anyways :|

Second, my info is definitely not wrong, it has been proven to work by me and many other users who followed it properly.
Third, stop swearing.
Fourth, I don't know what you're doing, but you're definitely doing something wrong for it not to work. I asked you what are you trying to install it on? but you didn't answer. How could you have done steps 2 and 3 correctly if you haven't managed to even install the CFW yet??
Make sure the flash drive that you're using is formatted to FAT32.
