Sound like you are on rebug FW. and if you use the Spoofer from Code Name rebug, it will not work.

Run it, and then go to Rebug Tool box and change From Normal to Rebug again to access PSN.

You also have to CHANGE ACTIVE PS3ID to Use EID5 if you're on DEX.
