Yeah with IDPS changer, but its risky. What is does is re-flashing NOR/NAND with a patched dump containing a valid IDPS. I would just use PSID patcher. Just google it you will find more info.

why would it get banned? im a low key dude i never played call of duty the only thing i played was borderlands 2 for months on cfw but i did try mass effect 3 online mounted from Multiman with a legit online pass and the next day i was banned could that be it? Is Mass Effect 3 online not safe? or was it that i was on Rogero 4.40 spoofed to 4.41 u think the spoof fucked me over?
