But i would suggest if that doesn't work for you to upgrade/update your CFW PS3 to Rogero's 4.40 v1.03, as it's quite good IMO or Rebug's latest 4.40 or 4.41 CFW & will probably solve your 4.40 eboot signed keys game updates 80010009 problem

Or is it/the problem involved with a bluetooth headset of yours? (as 80010009 error code is also same code for a few bluetooth headset related problems apparently)
