(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); What program s the best to edit eboot.bin? if anyone could help me out? or a program to create bin's. this is for BO1 and 2

there are no programs to edit the eboot.bin for those games, only game you can build a eboot for is mw3

There are RTE tool's however you would need to be on DEX.

Yea im actually on DEX and do a lot of rte. To be honest with you guys its just to edit an eboo created by a user which only has a few tnings in it,.i wanted to edit ot and add more dvars. Of course giving credit to the guy who did the eboot.

You can't edit an eboot.bin. You need to make it into an eboot.elf and then you can open it and edit it in Ida or whatever your trying to do here.
