It will still be there but homebrew can't run on OFW so it'd not work anymore.

Don't update it to OFW lol, stay on CFW or sell it me

Pretty sure it will still be there, but it won't work because homebrew can't run any OFW above 3.55.

...and you won't be able to go back to CFW unless you use a hardware flasher.
