(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); as the title states i am a bit clueless... instead of download the game for a different region and all the DLC with it how do u change it's region?

like i want a change my Black ops 2 BLES01717 to BLUS31011 - i know how to change Game save regions but i never have done any thing like this before for an entire game and the DLC with it.

can some one help me out? - so i may know in the future so i can region change any game at will?
because some one said you just need to edit the param.sfo file in the game and in the update patch.

and as for DLC i am guessing you need to rename stuff from EU to US if it has anything like that

but what about the EBOOT.bin file does this need some sort of region patching?

and as for activating the DLC will the BLES01717 rap sheets work on the same DLC but region changed? - or could i make cracked edat files and make them work with any region?
