Then I put is hdd and the usb in my cfw ps3 without even thinking then it updated completely I think i lost my cfw but i'm not sure it tells me connect usb to controller and you must have fw 4.xx or higher.

put your hard drive back in and install a 4.xx CFW

You will have to downgrade to install CFW again. The firmware is not contained in the Hard drive......it is contained in the BIOS (NAND/NOR).

There is no way now to install a CFW without a hardware flasher.
