you need to downgrade you ps3 using a flasher ohh and not all ps3s are downgradable

If You want to do RTE You need DEX You can't RTE on CEX CFW PS3's (Like mine I can't RTE) so if You want to do RTE then DEX is for You. Also what update version are You in? Are You already CFW or still OFW? And like hellguy said not all PS3's are downgradeable and the only way to JB a PS3 is by having a 3.55 OFW/CFW PS3.
