Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting
make sure your settings are like that and make sure it matches your ip adress on your ps3

ok so when i rebooted ps3, it signed me out, i made sure those settings are what you said, i did a test and Obtain Ip address succeeded, Internet Connection Succeeded, but PSN failed..?

To access PSN in DEX mode, there is a feature in Rebug Toolbox to spoof IDPS. Choose EID5 and you will be able to sign in fine.
