(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); when I plug it into my PS3 it doesn't go from red to blue it just goes from red to red and then bleeps 5 times and shuts off. I have a bricked ps3 fyi.

you have to press power then the eject button quickly

But do you mind telling me what a E3 card is? Or a E3 card reader or whatever?

Did you place the files on the USB drive first? If not thats the issue..

On the E3 Card reader? Yes.

Weird, I've got 3 and they all work fine. I've only used them to jailbreak/downgrade but I bought them all from china. I was not aware that you could un-brick with a e3 card reader, I thought only the e3 flasher.

I followed Brinkerz Tutorial but it doesn't work :/

Are you high?
An E3 flasher is an mod chip to downgrade your Ps3 to 3.55 to jailbreak it.. An E3 card reader is kinda like a flash drive.
