Install PS ID Patcher
Type the CID in notepad for e.g
----------------------------------------(<CID FROM YOU OFW)00000000000000000000000000000000 (<32 0's AT END ALWAYS)
Should be 64 characters in total load up PSID Patcher & press L1 to change your CID if it's valid you should be able to sign in.
