Any ideas?

Ok first why do you just go up to Rogero 4.40 v1.03 (more game support also since it's one of the recent updates) if you don't mind me asking? Secondly why did you change the patch_mp.ff, for a mod menu and such? Also are you should it's a good patch file, meaning it's from a trusted source and/or not corrupted? Thirdly try this... go into multiMAN and hover over MW2 and press SQUARE, then on the bottom left corner make sure that BD MIRROR, GAME DISC, and INTERNAL (EXTERNAL if it's on a usb HDD/flashdrive) are selcted.

Yea I would suggest Rogero 4.40 if your going to upgrade to Rogero, also trying putting the original patch_mp.ff file back along with selecting what I had told you and let me know if it loads, if it does, then that means that file you have is corrupted and you should look for another one, or I can upload you the one I have used.

doesnt the patch_mp.ff depend what part of the world you come from. so for example my mw2 is bles000683. if that is your games code then could you upload the patch that you use?? cheers

Yeah any mod menu will do at this moment. just want to test it...

In multiMAN just change the game options (square) to internal and BD mirror. It won't black screen then.

EDIT: Just realised It's already been suggested. It should work though.

Will first we need to check if it will load properly because it might not be the patch_mp.ff file.

The path mp doesn't go for your region code. Try a different one
