Can you do anything at all while it's turning on? Stupid question but have you tried to go into recovery menu?

I did everything correct but I think when I was flashing my dump to my PS3 is was not a valid (corrupted file)
I want to buy a E3 flasher to fix this but all the shops only take credit card & I have paypal.
Worst day ever today.

Yes you would most likely have to buy a Flasher, are you sure your PS3 is a NOR model? And yea that is a problem... I could do it for you through my downgrade service if you'd like or I can buy the E3 Flasher for you and have you transfer the funds to my paypal if you don't feel to comfortable me dealing with your FLASHs.
