I managed to update my 20gb PS3 from 3.55 to 4.21 cfw, i don't know which one, it had debug settings?

Then when i tried to update to the DEX fw for the buit-in file browser (I dont have a logic board) it failed and got
stuck in the loop, so I formatted the HDD with my PC and Disconnected the battery for a while, but now when
you turn it on it turns off after 10-20 seconds, I can get into Recovery mode and it says insert 4.21 or greater.

you cant just install DEX firmware you have change your target id, if you did change you taget id and you were on DEX (real time modding and etc) just install 4.30 D-REX

the problem is you cant install a fw if you have a broken drive inside..you can only install a cfw thats build with nobd patch for bypass the broken drive..

I've tried 4.30DEX and bdb fw's but still nothing
