Because your on 4.21 FW you need to spoof to 4.41, and for that you need the .2 update package from here; You must login or register to view this content. then in rebug toolboox change your ps3 to rebug mode, and your good to go!

You still need the spoofer to trick the servers to thinking your on an actual retail.

go to Rebug Toolbox > Utilities > Change Active PS3ID > EID5 CEX then go Sign in.

that should fix your error
