Is this possible, if so how does ps3 4.41 stop jailbreaking from being possible. i need very detailed answer plz.

You can't jailbreak if that is what you mean. All you can do it downgrade with E3 Flasher (Which you have to purchase) and downgrade to 3.55 then jailbreak. But yeah, your decision to make, not ours.
