You can just go ahead and install the REBUG 4.30.2 DREX (same as REX but can be installed over any DEX FW like normal) from the XMB!

Go to 4.31 instead of 4.30.2 first. Then downgrade to 4.30.2 after 4.31 if you can. But not sure if it will work

PSN tool works on 4.21 CFW i use it on 4.21 rebug DEX with no problem

I dont have it ....I dont know why....there is no QA Flag option

I have delete all with restoring my ps3(light) I only have the rebug toolbox on my harddrive but when I open te toolbox no QA Flag is shown up
