If they wanted people to use it on dex they would have signed it for CEX and DEX. Being on dex gets the id banned faster cause the only good thing on dex is rte. So. It's not very difficult to "obtain". There are many tutorials on how to create your own unban tool by just changing the console id in the eboot. If you know what you're doing it's actually really simple...

download true ancestor resigner and decrypt the eboot.bin then open the eboot.elf in HxD and search for 0000000100 and you should find the id
