is the tool you're using compatible with your CFW? lots of .pkg's aren't compatible with certain CFW's.

for example some COMGENIES AWESOME FILE MANAGERS V.06 arent compatible with CFW's above 3.55+CFW's so they have to be signed to work with REBUG or Rogero CFW's that are 3.55+

so just search through google and i guarantee you will find the right .pkg
