Well you don't really need toggle qa to get online just install the .2 update pkg from rebug.me website to spoof to 4.41 then you can sign in. However that is a problem so trying reinstalling rebug toolbox from the rebug.me website again.

Is he on CEX or DEX and try puting on rebug mode too
