Are you on DEX? If you are you will need to switch back to CEX, download, then switch back DEX.

but if im on CEX that means i wont be spoofed to 4.41 right? after updating the psn store i get error 80010009 when trying to go inside the psn store

No the spoofer works on DEX/CEX!
