I play Freemode in GTA IV a lot and really and every lobby is at least one modder.

every day. I even saw the same modder like 3 months ago. I remember his name.

my question now: I tought u get banned if u play online with CFW?

Why all these GTA modders dont get banned??

You can get banned for any sort of modding but 9-10 times they wont get banned.

only account ban or even console bann with OFW but modded gta patch?

nope probably not

Highest I'm saying would be an Account ban, But they tend to look for people that RTM on MW3 and Black Ops 2.
