I play Freemode in GTA IV a lot and really and every lobby is at least one modder.

every day. I even saw the same modder like 3 months ago. I remember his name.

my question now: I tought u get banned if u play online with CFW?

Why all these GTA modders dont get banned??

They not play on cfw they play on OFW they data transfered the gta 4 mods its a mod menu and they just transfered to ofw

and that is no reason to get banned??

Or there running d-rex with a spoofed id to real time mod/\run mod menus via patch =)

but a modded gta patch or modmenu is illegal software on the ps3. so they also should get banned?!

The patch is not software and if they don't have anything in place to look for modded file, which they don't how would they ban people.

but if they data transfer from CFW to OFW, dont they transfer anything of the CFW then?
if I report the modder? make it sense? I just mean the trolls who freeze me, ...

I always play gta 4 freemode with pinkhouse v3.0 on my Cfw online since I used PSN Tool 1.0 and remove my syscall I haven't been account banned in ages I even played black ops 2 on my other account for a month and still no banned so I'm happy I don't mod the game at all I just mostly ply zombies and multiplayer once in a while but yeah I'm on rebug 4.30.2 CEX no ban so yeah and keep that in mind too.

so people who modd GTA on OFW defintily dont get banned??
