No one is better because they are both the exact same FW. The only difference is that REX is installable on top of CEX FWs and D-REX is installable on top of DEX FWs, but you always end up with the same CFW after you install.
So if you're on a CEX CFW, install REX, if you're on a DEX CFW, install D-REX.
