1. Unzip the .rar file

2. download the game update from the game you want to make a modded update

3. go in PSP PS3 PKG Decrypter Extractor v.1.0.0.0/PSP PS3 PKG Decrypter_Extractor/bin/release/ and start PS3 PSP PKG Decrypter & Extractor.exe

4. put the update from the game in a folder

5. drag the update in the app PS3 PSP PKG Decrypter & Extractor where the the text with drag and drop is

6. press extract package

7. the pkg is now extracted to the folder where the original update is
