Just use multiMAN, go to the settings of MM and down on FTP Service, just hit Enable with (No Timeout), simple! Go to your computer and type in You must login or register to view this content..... (Whatever your PS3's IP Address is) And to put the eboot.bin in there, go into the dev_hdd0 folder, under "game" find your MW3 folder (mine is BLUS3083 and in that folder, go into the USRDIR folder and there it is. Just replace that Eboot with your new one.

I recommend you don't completely replace it, just rename the old one to something else just in case this new eboot doesn't work.
