you can install rebug with broken wifi but need to patch it with mfw builder..if you dont know how then dont try it..you can brick your console if you enable wrong settings..

Hmph, then could someone be nice enough to give me a guide? I've actually tried patching it with MFWbuilder v0.2.3. But it errors.

^ On practically the first step. Tried ticking skip verifying the SHA-1 check. :/ Tried taking the SHA1 off of Rebug's site and pasting it into db.xml, overwriting the old one. Blah. I'm guessing my Ps3 is going to always updatebootloop on Rebug.

Okay. So I took your advice, learned how to use Ps3MfwBuilder, ran the broken_bluetooth.tcl on the REBUG .PUP; yet now when I try to upate my Ps3 with it, it gets to around 81% then throws me a 8002f953 "data is corrupted" error. Any tips? (Sorry for replying to myself, I'm trying to learn here. xD)
