I have a problem, I have a SLIM 3000 Model at home which is banned. (System banned)

I made a backup from NOR with an E3 Flasher, it should be possible with HxD and the right offsets to change the consoleid and to flash with the E3 Flasher, right?
(I do have a working consoleid (nor back up) from a other PS3.

If someone knows the Offsets and knows how to do, could you please help me?
